History Of Using Coumadin. Planning To Start Lovenox To Conceive. Chance Of Harm To The Baby In Case Of Possible Pregnancy Between This Time?

I stopped Coumadin for the last week and a half or so. There's a chance I may have gotten pregnant during that time. I am starting Lovenox soon, because we want to conceive. I am worried that the Coumadin may not have been out of my system yet when I possibly became pregnant. Is there a chance that the (possible) baby could have been harmed at this very early stage?
