History Of Migraine. Feeling Of Smelling Metal, Headache. Reason?

My wife complains of smelling metal... Burning or hot. A sharp smell. It comes and goes. This is over the last several months. She is 60 years old. A seventh grade reading teacher. A history of migraines but not many over the last few years. She does have way too many lesser headaches ... Several per week. She seems to live on aspirin . We have animals in the house... Dog and cat.
