History of gastric bypass. Stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhea, no fever. CAT scan shows fistula. Need surgeon

I had a gastric bypass apx 2 years ago. I've had multiple complications and had to have a feeding tube placed in my old stomach because of malnutrition. The past two weeks have been filled with horrible stomach pain vomiting and diaharea no fever. They took cat scan and found two fistulas and have advised surgery yet haven't found a surgeon to take the case yet symptoms are worsening please advise

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. FORUM.
So sad having such type of pain.
Two fistula are there and only one option , surgery .
As fluid is passing through these opening so the best way is get it operation as early as [possible because otherwise chances of peritoneal infection is there.
