History Of Chlamydia. Have Distended Abdomen, Nausea, Brown Discharge, No Period. Lingering Bacteria?

I ve had a hx of chlamydia x 1 about four months ago, I ve had 3 negative chlamydia tests since that time. I have the same partner and lately I ve had a distended abdomen , nausea , light brown discharge , no period for 2 months, and pain when I palpate my lower abdomen.... Do u think I could still have some bacteria lingering?

Hi and welcome to Healthcare magic.Thank you for the query.
This could be pelvic infetion and you need more detailed work up to evaluate this. YOu need to do pelvic ultrasound, chek your hormonal levels and do std testing. If there are signs of infections you need antibiotic treatment again to prevent serious consequances.
