Pulmonologist 's  Response
thank you for asking question in this forum
first I want to explain regarding chest x rays ... miliary means spread seeded disease that mean all over in the body ,.. but according to your details this showing that remarkable healing of the lesion in the lungs. because military lesion disease are many in chest x ray as you improved a lot so it should be military tuberculosis and forget the rest...
you must received Anti tubercular treatment .. if you received 6 month treatment regularly then forget the things and if not then you have to consult pulmonologist for the same ..
and have to take rifampicin ,isoniazide, ethambutol , pyrazinamide , pyridoxine , and before taking medicine Liver and renal function test should be done
