Hip Pain, Worse During Night, Pain On Knee, Tight.Cure For Symptoms?

i have hip pain very bad in my right hip, i havent been able to walk or sleep. it gets worse at night. i feel like i cant do anything right now and i feel it get tight then start hurting and i can feel its spasming. it hurts so bad that it hurts my back. the pain is coming from my hip flexor i think and spreading all around, it even reaches my knee. i really need to sleep tonight what do i do?

I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion the symptoms you have mentioned may be related to sciatica and for this you need to take some analgesics which are enough to control pain. You can take tab.advil for this. Thank you.
