High Prolactin Levels, TSH Normal, Ill Functioning Gall Bladder Affecting Spleen And Liver. Cause?

I am 39yr old female with high prolactin levels testing 34to43. My TSH is the high end in normal rangel. My acupuncturist told me my gallbladder is not functioning well at all and affecting my spleen and liver. I am wondering if my gallbladder could affect prolactin levels. I have experinced tachycardia , abdominal pain and bloating with general feeling of weakness. Thank you.
