High Fever, Knee Pain. Relief With Advil. Complaining Dizziness, Less Appetite. Solution?

Hello, my 5 yr old daughter woke up at 5:30AM today with a fever of 103.8F, walking on tippy toes due to behind the knee pain. Gave her advil and fever broke about an hr later, but what i noticed is that the tippy toe walking didn't stop until her fever came down to 101.1F. She's had the pain about 3 months ago while having strep throat no tests were really performed for the legs our family doctor didn't know what it could be so we were referred to a paediatrician, the appointment was a month later and all of her symptoms resolved. This is worry some since now she is complaining she is dizzy. She is drinking a lot her appetite is lower then normal but ok.
Do you have any thoughts on this?

Hi, fever is a symptom for some infection in the body, It could be a rheumatic fever, chikangunya, or dengue these are viral fevers and need some investigations done to prevent the coming complications . I advise you to consult a pediatritian for diagnosis and treatment.
