High Fever, Bloating, Loss Of Appetite, Headache. Having Medications. Missing Periods. Am I Pregnant?

Hi, I'm having a high fever since yesterday, I feel bloated and I don't feel like eating. Whenever I try to eat I want to throw up. I'm also experiencing headache. And today must be my first day of period but it missed. Could i possibly pregnant? Or this is just the medications delay my period? Hope that I'm not pregant :( thanks!

Hi, thanks for asking on HCM.

As per your history, it seems to be the premenstrual symptoms which are due to increase in progesterone hormone levels. Pregnancy symptoms are also similar and they are also due to high progesterone hormone levels. So, only on the basis of these symptoms,it is difficult to rule out or diagnose pregnancy. Its better to do a pregnancy test before making any conclusion.

I will suggest you to get a pregnancy test done( urine pregnancy test or serum beta HCG test). If it comes out to be negative, then you can wait for your period.

Good Luck
