High Blood Pressure After Having An Accident. X-ray Report Normal. Could It Be Due To The Rise In Adrenaline?

Hi, I just got into a car accident yesterday afternoon and I went to the ER later that night, and made sure I was okay. There was no broken bones when I took the xrays. After a nights sleep I still am exhausted. Also, when they checked my blood pressure , it was high. Could it be that my adrenaline was kicked in because of the accident?

HI
it might be because of acute stress ,
many times we come to know existing hypertension only when we go to doctor for some other problem and routinely doctor check BP ,
take rest for some days ,
relax ,
once again check your BP after one week ,
if it still persist , consult family physician and follow his advice .
