High Blood Pressure. No Improvement Even On Taking Medicines. Solution?

Hi I Am Satish 39, male from Faridabad. FOr the Last 4-5 years, my blood pressure is high and goes upto 160/110. I started homeopathic medicines for initial 2 years but the blood pressure was not controlled and fluctuating at times. Later I started taking allopathic medicines from a known doctor in Faridabad, however there is no improvement. I m taking following medicines Telista MT 50 - once daily (after breakfast) Natrilix SR - once dialy (after breakfast) At times it is under control (140/100) and it shoots up also to (160/110). Please suggest me a suitable and long lasting cure.
