High abnormal bleeding between periods, Trenaxa

Hi,I hve undergone diagnostic lap in Feb.After that last month extended mensulational period for 20days.This month period is again with very high abnormal bleeding .My Gyne advised to take Trenaxa 2 at a time,3 times a 6 per day.In what scenario s this situation occurs and what is the purpose of taking Trenaxa?

At times periods hey deranged after surgery due to stress. Probably they will subside in a couple of months and if they don't get an ultrasound done. Tranexa is for stable and early clot formation and is a symptomatic relief drug for this and not curative.
