Hi,
From your history it seems that you require evaluation of your case.
Consult physician and get examined.
He may go for,
1,Liver function tests,
2, kidney function test
3, EKG,
4, Blood electrolytes.
After all reports he will come on diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
Ok and take care.
