High BP, Blot Clot In Brain, Right Sided Paralysis, Swelling In Legs, Unable To Pass Urine. Treatment?

My father having high BP then after he got blood clotted in left side and paralyzed in right side and cured after that he got swelling in legs due to very severely later urine passing was blocked now it was recovered but minor problem in kidneys.But now days his legs were getting swollen again. which specialist we should consult pl z suggest us.

you need to consult the neurologist as the brain and nerves are involved and all the problem are due to nerves
