High ASO, back pain, difficulty in walking. Had spine disc prolapse. How to normalize ASO?

I am found ASO more than 600 . i am suffering from back pain .in my spine l4 l5 disc prolaps . last month when i bend forward i get severe pain in my spine . i could not get up from bed for 3 days , now though my condition is improving but i could not walk more than 5 minutes .plese advice how to make aso to normal level

Dear Sir,

You are suffering from mechanical low back ache , your ASO titres are not going to make much of difference . Consider nerve block to get relief from pain .
