Hello,

You are experiencing breathlessness while talking & also during anxiety. You are also having excessive thirst. If overweight, loose weight. Maintain healthy weight. Do regular walking in the morning and also in the evening. Excessive thirst is commonly indicative of diabetes insipidus, DM, dehydration, sepsis, etc.

You should get clinically examined by a GP & get blood glucose test, urine electrolyte tests, blood count, urinalysis, serum osmolality tests, etc. done. Your doctor may refer you to a specialist, depending on the test results. Treatment will depend on the diagnosis. Breathlessness commonly occurs due to stress, anxiety disorder, overactive thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism), etc.

Other medical conditions that can cause similar symptoms are tachycardia, AF, developing CAD. You are suggested to get lipid profile, stress test , blood tests, imaging tests done. If your symptoms are due to developing cardiac problems you will be treated accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
