Hi there, My foot has excruciating pain when I turn

Hi there,

My foot has excruciating pain when I turn it a certain way. Towards my heel on the left side of my foot. When I angle my foot to the right or when I keep my leg straight and bend down it feels hot and as if the inside of my foot is ripping. I’ve tried stretching it out but nothing is helping. It’s been about three weeks. It doesn’t hurt when walking, only if my leg is straight and I tilt my foot to the right or bend down with my leg straight. What should I do?

Hi, My knee started hurting me in the past 2 months. When I sit cross legged or bend my knees for an extended period of time, I cannot unbend it without excruciating pain. Then when I attempt to walk, I limp until it goes back to normal Age 46 years old. No previous history of knee problems Knees do crack quite often (like knuckles cracking). Sometimes I need to twist the knee a bit to get it to loosen up, which in turn turns into a popping sound from the knee.... but it feels better after that. Any ideas?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type yo I did an event yesterday and had to jump off a 10 foot ledge onto a padded area. When I fell I hit my back and tail bone. I already have a hge bruise on my bottom so the pain could have been from hitting the bruise. My back feels a litle better today, but my neck and left side of my stomach hurt. Is this related?

Hi, my name is David. I woke up Friday morning to get ready for work like a always do, but that day my foot was in a good bit of pain. I dont know what caused it, seeing as it wasnt hurting when i went the sleep that night. I assumed it was just sore and continued on to work. It hurt at first but went away, for the most part, throughout the day. The next day i woke up and it was hurting 3 times as worse then the day before. I stayed in bed, since i have the weekends off, and decided to stay off of it for the day and hopefully it would be fine. It didnt get any better. It s only been getting worse and now it s monday night and i m almost to tears because each step i take is excruciating pain.
