Hi there! I am seeking medical advice for my grandmother.

Hi there! I am seeking medical advice for my grandmother. She had hernia surgery about 3 years ago, and now has another hernia, in the abdomen region. However, she does not want to meet with her doctor because she's afraid of undergoing another surgery.

She says the hernia does not currently have any symptoms accompanying it. However, she has asked me to help her establish a routine for exercise. Particularly to strengthen her abdominal muscles.. Do you have any advice?

Hi I have persistant low back pain present for one year, past two months I have lost over 10lbs and feel nauseous and have a hard time eating. I am easily fatigued. I bruise easily. All my labs are normal. I have a dull abdominal pressure that feels like its pushing up on diaphram and rib cage. First dr did not know what was wrong, new dr thinks its gastritis, the medication is not helping. I am 31 yr old female with history of actopic breast tissue and fibrocystic breasts. My grandma just died from ovarian cancer. I am 5 9 and now weigh 110 pounds. I really think something is wrong and I have cancer

Hi, I am a 19 year old female and I have had a swollen lower back for the last six months. The swelling is directly superior to my sacrum and coccyx and proximal to the lower lumbar vertebrae . I have not gone to get it checked out, because I am trying to save money and it is not painful unless I over-excersize or do something to bother it. If i do that then I get a strange numbness in my quadriceps and extreme back pain to the point where i can hardly stand or even move at all. Any ideas to what it is? I am very confused and have studied up a lot, because i was a medical student for a while.

Hi, last Monday (exact before 1 week) I fell on ground hitting my head first, on left temple. I had a bad pain, could not open my mouth wide and cannot chew. My vision is fine. My head still hurts, eventhough pain had reduced, i find it difficult to open mouth wide and temple is still sore upon touching etc. Should I seek medical advise, I am just worried if this is something abnormal and i have left it too long? thanks very much
