Suggest Treatment For Pain In The Left Shoulder That Is Recurrent

Hi my question is i wake up this morning with pain in my left shoulder it last a few houds then go away for a few hours then come back while i was watching tv then i touched my shoulder and it was cool i figured because of the a/c and fan rubing it was painful and i took some pills and it goes away should I go yo the doctor?

I understand your concern and would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and a shoulder X-ray study and a cervical spine X-ray study, coupled with inflammation tests (complete blood count, PCR, ESR). It could be just local inflammation or bursitis. You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
