hi my name is Holly Brown. I have been vomiting blood for the last 7 months and have been to the hospital 5 times. I have had 4 OGD S Ultra sounds scans and blood tests etc. I have started being in a lot of pain The only way I can describe it is like a burning crampy stabbing pain in my upper abdomen both sides and goes right the way through to my back. the vomiting has got worse and is now several times a day just fresh blood. Im at a complete loss as to what to do. Im finding it really hard to move and keep blacking out when I stand or lie flat. Also when I stand up or move around I get this dull stabbing pain right in the centre of my chest above my heart that stabs in time with my heart beat. Really need some help.

Hi, I have just vomited up bright red blood. The nausea came on me suddenly with no other symptoms. For info, I have been complaining to the police and my doctor lately about a strong smell of drugs smoke coming through from the adjoining property and on a recent occasions I experienced fumes or some kind of vapourised (chemical?) which almost made me go unconscious - I called the police and also went to visit my doctor. I am concerned that the vomiting up of blood is somehow related to the substances I have been inhaling/injesting from the neighbouring property. Please can you advise me what I should do. As it s now past midnight, I would rather not go to hospital now, is it safe for me to wait until the morning?

good morning,i m a 34 year old female, 5 4 , 220 lbs. i was discharged from the hospital on sunday after a really bad case of strep throat and tonsilitis. everything was so swollen that i couldn t even drink fluids. anyhow, i was starting to feel better, less swollen, but last night my throat started acting up again. it was originally the right side of my throat that began the problem 2 days before i was hospitalized, and now its the left side. i hacked up blood yesterday morning, and did so again just now. is that normal for strep and tonsilitus? and should i be worried that i m having throat issues again so soon after being discharged?
