Hi, my name is Loural. I am 18 year old and a senior in high school. i do have concerns because have notice I have gain a couple weight (around 2 pounds or so) just by the look of my stomach. However, I started to become curious of becoming pregnant. The reason I became so curious because I have also feeling very little small pain or cramps near the abdomen. I do feel exhausted due to the lack of sleep and school. But I ve had unprotected sex about a couple days ago, but he did pull out before injection. Then recently, I did eat sushi and after it came all back up. I m not sure if it was food poisoning due to raw fish or just the stomach did not agree. And no, i m not on birth control pills. I don t know if it s possible to still get birth control pills just in case?

Hi, my names liz and i suspect i am pregnant. I have missed two full cyles and am 2 weeks away from missing my 3rd. I have slightly longer cycles of 32 to 35 days and i never miss a period. My partner and i have been trying to concive for 7 months. However i have done 9 hpt s and went to the docs, all were negative. I havent had blood because the my doc doent agree with my suspicion. I have hadmild simptoms, but could just be all in my head. Just today i felt this weird flutter and i thought i was going to be ill. Do you think my doc is right or should i follow my gut and get a second opinion and blood test? I dont want to placebo myself into beliveing im pregnant if im not. And i am worried that because this is our first child i will be picked on for being nieve.

This is quite a long story so I ll try to shorten it as much as possible. Im a 24 year old femal BMI in normal range and am 5ft4. And apart from this have no other medical problems. Also before this incident I went to the gym 2-3 times a week. I have taken cocaine and mdma several times (not since the incident) and in december, I had been taking both mdma and cocaine, and quite alot of it too, when i felt a bit tight in the left side of my chest. I suddenly had a really bad radiating pain from my chest and my head felt extremely dizzy. I thought I was having a heart attack but my friends convinced my otherwise. My lips were blue and I was extremely white. The radiating pain went away but it still felt tight in my chest and did so for about half an hour. A week later I went to the gym, and was really pushing myself hard. I was trying to burn 400 calories in 30 minutes (which I know is stupid now). At about 22 minutes my heart rate was 185bpm, I felt dizzy and had to stop. My head felt extremely dizzy and I felt a little tight in my left chest. I immediately thought I am having a heart attack, I tried to calm myself down. I went home and slept. The next day I still had a pain in my left chest. I went to the doctor, and only told him about the gym incident. He said I may have supraventricular tachycardia and said I could get an ECG at the hospital to see. Two days later I went for my ECG (still with a pain in my left chest), and everything came out normal except that it said at the top of the sheet I had a right axis deviation which was a left posterior fascicular block. I was told to take it back to the doctor to discuss it. Later on that day I felt worse and worse until the pain felt so bad that I went to A and E. They did another ECG which came back completely normal and said I had had a panic attack. I felt a bit better after this but still had left chest pain. A couple of days after this (still with chest pain!) my friend suggested I may have pulled a muscle in my chest and I tried to stretch it and it seemed that I had. But the same day they pain got so unbearable I really thought I was having a heart attack and went to A and E again! The ECG came back normal except showing a right axis deviation, and they did an xray to check for broken ribs. Again it was confirmed it was a panic attack and also a pulled muscle. Since then I have had several panic attacks, one of which caused me to call an ambulance (it occurred after walking up 4 flights of stairs) and again an ECG showed right axis deviation. The doctor prescribed me sustained release beta blockers and sent me to get an echo. I told him i had tried drugs a couple of times (I didnt tell him i had taken it loads) and he said it sounds like a panic attack. The echo showed up normal (no valve abnormalities, no hypertrophy) and so I was nearly convinced I was okay. I stopped taking the beta blockers. I was told a right axis deviation can be a normal finding and that my heart is probably just slightly twisted (occurs in development apparently). But I am still worried they may have missed something, im constantly checking my pulse, im scared to walk up stairs, and scared to go to the gym. Im scared that the night this all happened after taking drugs i had a myocardial infarction and have damaged my heart. I havent taken drugs since and never will again. I went to the gym today and did 2 minutes on the bike and my heart rate went to 150bpm and i freaked out. I then started walking on the treadmill and it went up to 165 and i went to the toilets to calm down and it went down to 120s. I also had a pain (not muscular now) in my left chest which kind of went down my left arm but its hard to tell if it is a pain. My normal resting heart rate is 60s Ive had my blood pressure done several times which has always been normal. When I went to the doctor the first time for this problem it was normal, but the last time i went it was high but i was very stressed out. I Just want to know, 1) Is there anything the doctors could have missed with echo and ecg? 2) Could I have had a myocardial infarction and damaged my heart causing a right axis deviation to occur? If so why is it occuring? 3) Does a previous MI show up on echo? What about on ECG over a week after it happened? 4) What are all the causes of a right axis deviation? 5) If i had had an MI, would I feel a pain in my chest during exercise? 6) Can you make yourself feel a pain that isnt there? e.g. the pain in my left arm. I know in panic attacks you can get pains in your chest. 7) In a left posterior fascicular block can you see this on echo? ie. can you see a region not conducting? 8) If i had had an MI, would my resting heart rate be higher? What other signs or changes in my body would I see? Thank you for your time and I would really appreciate a response as this is worrying me too much. Im studying to be a vet at uni at the moment, and so have some knowledge of cardiovascular system and diseases.
