Hi, My Name Is Harold Boyce. I Am A 63

Hi, my name is Harold Boyce. I am a 63 year old male. Yesterday I started having flashes of light in my left eye when I looked side to side. they appeared to be curved lines of light that flashed in my peripheral vision. I now see floating black spots also. Back on 10/11/2015 I had an accident in which I fell about 30 feet onto rocks. I suffered a L.O.C. concussion, a perforated right eardrum, broken clavicle. the ENT doctor I saw said I had lost 100% hearing in my right ear and 70% in my left. I also had double vision for about 6 to 8 weeks then it returned. I am seeing a Sachin Gupta MD at OHSU in which I met the requirements for a cochlear implant in my right ear, an order for surgery has been submitted to my insurance co. and I am waiting for confirmation. Could you advise me on what to do about the flashes and floaters in my left eye. thank you, Harold (Ed) Boyce
