I have a blue toenail from running the London Marathon two weeks ago... yesterday evening after I took a shower I cut my toenails just a little, and the blue nail started to bleed out from underneath the nail... (I guess all the black under the nail is blood) pressing on the nail made more blood come out so I pressed more out, as it seemed to make the nail less black underneath.
Then suddenly I felt sick, had to sit down on the toilet, started to sweat all over my body and had a loud humming sound in my ears.... I had to do a no 2 and thought I will need to vomit.
I didn’t vomit and things went back to normal after about 10 minutes.

Could you explain to me what happened?
Do I need to be worried or can I carry on as if nothing happened?
