My name is Al and I'm 39 yrs of age.
Sometime today at work (grocery store) I started feeling some discomfort every time I breathed. I would say around the middle right side of my back. Later when I went on break I noticed swallowing food caused the same discomfort. I want to think I might have pulled a muscle but not quite sure when, I think I would have known when it happened. So I have applied some IcyHot to the area and hope it goes away soon.
Any idea what it could be?
