Hello,

I recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests in order to investigate on the possible cause underlying your complaints:
- Complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
-FR plasma levels
- Vitamin D plasma levels for possible deficiency

You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests. In the meantime, I recommend taking ibuprofen twice daily for a couple of days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
