General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a respiratory tract infection.

Based on the fact that the symptoms has six weeks, I suggest using a cycle of antibiotics such as Augmentin 625 mg twice a day for a week.

I also suggest using anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 600 mg twice a day.

I suggest to drink liquids, rest and eat healthy.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
