Hi. I'm having issues with full blown Menopause. Night sweats, hot flashes, mood swings, tired all the time but I can't sleep through the night. I don't eat breakfast but I have a all fruit smoothie most mornings, one cup of popcorn at lunch , and a chicken lettuce salad or stir fry meals. Most days I'm not hungry but I force myself to eat for the strength. I take care of my elderly parents who live with me. I'm stressed most days. Why am I gaining weight in my belly area?

Hi Dr. Rynne. Thanks for taking questions. I just woke up in the middle of the night, feeling hot (and a little sweat perspired). I m 50. I know it s due to menopause I m guessing. Should I go see a doctor for menopause? If I do, what would be given for menopause. Also, is it common that some go on their lives without seeing a doctor for it? I hardly see a doctor my whole life.

Hi. i am experiencing night sweats and then I become chilled. My hormone levels show that I am not in menopause although it has been over 12 months since my last period. I have been taking tamoxifen for 2 years for treatment of breast cancer. The sweats started about 6 months ago

Hi, my name is Joni and I am 57 and have been out of menopause for going on 6 yrs. Around 5 months ago I started having joint pain and swelling in my right hand and around the same time I started having night sweats and hot flashes. My doctor has done numerous tests and I don t have rheumatoid arthritis or any auto immune diseases but, the night sweats are getting debilitating.
