What Could Cause Stomach Pain, Back Pain, Headache, Tingling Sensation In The Breasts And Intermittent Discomfort After An Abnormally Light Period?

Hi I saw my period from the 28th of September to the 2nd of October and it does normally last for 4 days and this time it didn t flow heavy and from then till now my stomach hurts I ve been getting back pain headache and an upset feeling will come and go and twice I felt a tingling feeling in my breast what is happening to me?
