Hi,
All the symptoms you have are due to hormonal imbalance of menstrual hormones. You should seek consultation of an endocrinologist for needful hormone estimations. These get regularity after cyclical hormonal courses or supplementing any specific hormone according to physical findings &pathological investigations.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
