I m having 2months old baby...suddenly my milk supply has gone down and baby is not sufficient.I am eating methi soaked overnight 4 times a week.. green leafy vegetables.. milk thrice a day. My baby was born premature and is still not strong enough to suck more. Also having low milk supply..kindly suggest on this.
