What Course Of Treatment Should Be Done For Red And Sore Throat?

Hi I have been having a sore throat with redness in the back of my throat. I have went to my family physician twice and was given antibiotics and a z pack and a steroid shot. My throats is still red and burns when I drink certain beverages. I have several episodes that while I was speaking that it felt like my throat was closing and I could hardly speak.

Hello,

Use tablet amoxiclav. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days. Avoid cool drinks and freeze water.

Use tablet paracetamol. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
