What Causes Pain And Swelling On The Upper Cheekbone?
Hi I have a pain and I think some swelling on my left side of my upper cheekbone I've had some tingling sensation on and off for a few weeks this morning it felt bruised I don't recall injury this area so I'm worried as to what this could be

Hi,
You may be suffering from trigeminal neuralgia or sinusitis of left maxilla or it may be due to herpes zoster etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use water vapor inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days is useful.
Use tablet Pregabalin. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
