Hi I have Pain is worse at rest, with deep

Hi I have Pain is worse at rest, with deep inhale of breath, pain is also worse at night. When pain is worse it's always a sharp stabbing pain in the same region, especially when I'm resting or laying down the pain is worse. The muscles surrounding the area I believe are inflamed because of the scoliosis at the apex and they are overcompensating or being overworked cuz that. I believe that the tingling in my arm and mostly my index and thumb are from budged disc in C-5 And C-6 and part of the tortolicos of the muscles is caused by this as well. But the sharp stabbing pain has never gone away with any conventional therapy, physical therapy doesn't get worse with activity and movement but some movement does cause to that one spot to hurt. It also has never subsided with direct injections to the t-8 to t-10 region. I feel fatigued a lot and feel like I have no energy to do any extra task, sometimes it's hard to catch a full breath or feel like I'm not getting enough air when I breathe in when I'm partially exerted. I struggle sleeping at night all the way threw the night and waking up sweating pretty badly almost every night. Temperature variations are extreme as far as when I am cold I almost instantly start to shivver and it's almost impossible to stop the involuntary shaking and the pain from all my muscles spasming hurts down to my bones it feels like. I don't believe that the sharp stabbing pain in back is not from any of my spinal issues and could be an issue with the lungs on the right side in the lower region and whatever is causing the pain is not showing up on the xray and don't know if I should proceed with MRI with contrast to the spinal and lung spaces to see something that isn't showing up otherwise or maybe actually looking down my throat to my lungs with a camera to see the bronchial tubes and sacs and maybe a sputum analysis. I believe that there is something different going on than what is conventionally presented with my similar symptoms and can just feel that something isn't right. I would like someone to think outside the box on what could possibly be the cause of this wide array or symptoms or what other things that could be to attribute to any other things that aren't in the norm of general problems with your average patient. Please any help with this
