Hi, I Had My 2D Echo Yesterday And The Conclusions

Hi, I had my 2D echo yesterday and the conclusions were; Concentric left ventricular hypertrophy with adequate contractility and systolic function but with Doppler evidence of grade I diastolic dysfunction.
= Dilated left atrium with increased left atrial volume index.
=Calcific aortic stenosis, moderate, with aortic valve area of 0.96 cm by continuing equation with peak gradient of 48.4 mmHg and mean gradient of 26.5 mmHg
=Aortic,Mitral and Tricuspid regurgitation, mild
=Mild pulmonary hypertension.
