Hi ... I feel nothing is happening correctly in my life. My wife is not happy with me. I recently resigned from my private job to prepare for govt jobs and govt exams like SSC are getting delayed and this is depressing me. My wife is not able to cope with my parents and likewise my parents are not able to cope with my wife. How can I balance life between them ? This unbalance is affecting my preparation for govt jobs.
Please help.

Hi, I recently keep getting a racing heart along with a anxious feeling or adrenaline rush (although I have nothing to be anxious about). Occasionally, it will cause a bit of a head rush and make me slightly out of breath. It generally happens in the evening, when I m resting and only last a few seconds, but will come and go throughout the evening. I have also noticed i have palputations (like my heart beat skips a beat). I m in my late 20s, don t drink or smoke and generally healthy. My mother suffers with palputations and is on medication. Is this something that will pass or triggered by anything please?
