Hi. I am a post menopausal woman with no sexual partners for almost a year. I have an extreme burning vagina and vulva sensation, with a scant and slightly malodorous discharge. I recently cut way back on estradiol vaginal creme, because it was causing hair loss. The estradiol creme relieves the burning sensation somewhat. I had an "outbreak" two years that was diagnosed as a bacterial infection, only is wasn't this bad. I have been under a lot of stress recently and I am a little underweight. Could this be related to my immune system or a vitamin deficiency ?

I am a 69 year-old who had a trans-vaginal ultrasound -- not because of any pain or symptoms - but because my mother died of Ovarian Cancer at age 94. (diagnosed at 93) This recent ultrasound was my second. I had a baseline 4 years ago. My doctor called to say I have fluid in one Uteran tube which I understand (after online research) to be Hydrosalpinx. Since I am postmenapausal, what should be done about this? What should be the next step? An MRI? Nothing? Antibiotics? Just watch it ? Can the fluid be drained without surgery? Will it fill again? How can I be sure it is not cancerous? Sorry so many questions.

Hi, yes, I feel I could be pregnant. I am in menopause and 55 years old. In the past year I have had monthly light periods up until this last April and since being with a man. If I am pregnant I want to take the abortion pill. What is your suggestion?

I m 55 and was told that I m in menopause as indicated in my blood test. However, I still feel like I m ovulating at times, with the bloating and mild cramping and excessive clear discharge, and increased sexual arousal. This seems to me like a hormonal surge - is it normal for a post menopausal woman?
