Hi, I am a (former) pain management patient with a bulging disc with no cartilage. I attended pain clinics in 3 different states, with no issues. I then made the mistake of moving to NC, where they immediately, unceremoniously cut off my opioid meds. I was ok for a few weeks, but am now experiencing daily pain, from about 2 to 5 on the pain scale (today, for instance, I could barely stand up straight). I’m taking around 16-20 Tylenol per day and have even tried CDB oil. The phony, unapproved “injections” my doctors subject me to do nothing, and at this point I’m getting no relief or help whatsoever (and local clinics are not taking patients anymore - those that are still in business, that is). I’m very much considering obtaining some kind of pain meds illegally; as I’m very desperate and terrified of not being able to work and support myself. So my question is - what do you suggest I do to put a dent in my intense back pain? Thank you.
