Hi I am a 15 year old girl and today

Hi I am a 15 year old girl and today I noticed a weird pain in my throat it soon got harder and harder to breath. I have also had random ear pain and felt like pressure was on my head. I took a picture of my throat and a saw my epiglottis sticking straight up. My breathing has progressively gotten worse as well as the pain. It is hard for me to swallow and my moth is very dry I am also coughing a lot. What should I do?

A friends 15 year old daughter, diagnosed with Asperger s 11 years ago (after immunizations), suddenly stopped eating and talking (3 days now). She is in hospital on IV fluids for nutrients. I m not sure if she is choosing not to talk and eat, or if there is another reason. Can this be caused by something medical, other than depression? Any ideas?
