Would I Benefit From Taking Ubiqinol, Or Any Other Supplement In Regard To My Heart Health?

Hi, I am 55, femaie, perimenopausal, overweight with hypertension diagnose , probably borderline diabetes, not diagnosed, but having some elevated FBS. My mother and her mother were DMII, mother and her father with heart disease, all three with HTN, all three smokers. I have never been a smoker. I am taking losartan 50 mg qd, mg citrate, mg taurate, aspirin 162 mg qd, Would I benefit from taking ubiqinol, or any other supplement in regard to my heart health?

Ubiqinol is a good supplement for the heart muscle, especially in heart failure patients. This is not exactly your case, but it is OK to take it to continue having a good heart function.
