Hi, I’ve been having pains for the past 2 weeks

Hi, I’ve been having pains for the past 2 weeks in my lower right abdomen. Their sharp but they come and go, appendicitis does run in my family but I’ve also been diagnosed with endometriosis which can cause an ectopic pregnancy. I’ve missed my piriod and I’ve been having a weird fishy smell in my discharge and it’s never happened before. It also hurts when I finish urinating. I went to the doctors last week and they said it was a urinary tract infection, I’ve been taking medication for that for about 5 days now and it’s not helping. I’ve been reading up on lots of things and I’m going to the doctors again tomorrow night but I’m very concerned.

Hi I m quite concerned about some symptoms I ve got but my doctors surgery is fully booked! I thought I was pregnant because I was thirsty all of the time, tired and dizzy a lot but then my period started on time. However the red bleeding wasn t as heavy as normal and for the past three days I ve been having very dark brown discharge. I ve also had very sharp pains in my pelvis on and off for the past week (not like period cramps). The tiredness and dizziness is getting worse. Is this anything to be worried about?

hi, This question is concerning my crippling menstral pain. I am a 25 year old healthy young woman and I currently only get one week a month of cramp free living. I am considering a partial hysterectomy because I have ZERO interest in having children (neither does my husband who has had a vasectomy). But I ve heard through stories that most doctors won t do this unless there is a major medical problem..I hope this isn t true! Can anyone help me with this?
