Hi Doctor, I have 2 small fractures on my right

Hi Doctor,

I have 2 small fractures on my right fibula. It is a non displacement fracture. It's been a month a week now. I am starting to attempt to walk without crutches or at least with one crutch when I noticed pins and needles sensation under the broken foot. As I place my foot on the floor down to walk. Is this normal?? My foot has been a sleep for a month now and i understand that not using it can cause these sort of things but I am worried now..

please help!

Hi Doctor, I live in London, had an incident on 9th June this year. I’d sex with a homeless girl and As I finished, I saw small slit on my penis head and little bit of blood. I kissed her as well. I got quite scared and went to private Clinic for PCR qualitative test for HIV1/2, HBV and HCV on 11th day. All came out to be negative. On 28th and 45th day tested for antigen/antibody - DUO which also were negative. After 3-4 weeks, I started feeling my body warm i.e. heat releasing from hands but temperature was not going beyond 36.6 degree Celsius. Also, my eye’s white turned red which optician said is due to chronic dry eye. Lymph nodes under the jaw. Eye rednes and under jaw lymph nodes are still there even after 6 months post to the incessant. I’ve gone through HIV blood tests post 3, 4 & 5 months and on 167th day ( almost 24 weeks ). These all cam out to be negative. Now, I’m worried that It could be HCV co infection which might have delayed the HIV seroconversion. Now it’s been 6th month post incident and I’m not sure which test can console me and conclude results. Should I go for HCV RNA and HIV RNA test to get solace?

Hi! I broke my ankle about a week ago. The doctor wrote a report after i got my x-ray and CT-scanning results Comminuted distal right fibular fracture. Several small presumed fracture fragments are in the lateral ankle mortise. Avulsive-type fracture of the distal medial malleolus. Minimally displaced fracture He said that he recommends a surgery with screws to fix the displaced fibula bone and to take those small fractured pieces out of ankle mortise. I have read a lot of different reviews about that surgery and post operation healing. And i am concerned if its better to do it in my situation or not. My leg feels alright. i had it swollen the first few days after the injury, now its a little swollen just in ankle area. I don`t feel pain even when i move and it wasn t that painful since the beginning. I can move my fingers, touch my leg, rotate my foot and press it up with a little discomfort but no significant pain. I can not and don t really try to step on it thou. I just want another professional opinion that will help me make up my mind Here`re few links with X-Rays https://imageshack.com/i/pafBRaUGj https://imageshack.com/i/ey7ayCBlj https://imageshack.com/i/f0CWvHCyj https://imageshack.com/i/p9n4Qp9rj https://imageshack.com/i/f0ZukYEFj Thank you!

Hi, My husband was diagnosed with Valley Fever, but was never put on any type of medication because he was told that it was mild and that his body was taking care of it... He noticed a lump on his upper stomach around the same time that he thought was just a bug bite. It went from a small lump to a lump that is a little over an inch long and looks rather bruised. He said that shirts rubbing against it irritated it.. He has an appointment with his doctor in a weeks time.
