Hi Doc, I am considered a healthy person of 60yrs of age. I exercise regularly ( run 6 to 7KM daily) I don't eat meat or chicken but take salmon and a lot of vegetables at least twice a week. I don't smoke but drink beer but not excessive. My recent medical is ok. Sugar ok , cholesterol slightly higher (5.8 should less than 5.2) My problem is every time I go medical my blood pressure goes up ( 170/90) which is otherwise 130/80. The stress test will also show abnormal chart. When did a CT scan 3 years ago the calcium count was zero after similar experience. The same happen this time and I ask CT scan now but awaiting result. Please advise.
