What Causes Frequent Urination And Gastritis?

Hi! 15 days back I had burning sensation while urinating, odorless vaginal discharge, itching, blood in urine. My doctor recommended me fluconazole and candid v3 tablets. I was relieved with burning sensation gone in two days. My urine culture and vaginal swab report was normal. But for the last four days again I am having frequent urination, less urine especially in the morning, too much gas and very less burning sensation. Now doctor prescribed me alkalsol syrup only. Is it enough??

Hi,

Below is my opinion on your problem. You are again having a burning sensation in urine. Hence it could be due to urinary tract infection.

So I suggest you get checked your urine analysis first. If pus cells present than antibiotic should be given. If urine report normal than alkaline syrup is enough.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
