Hey, in the past weeks I had been ill with flu/common cold symptoms, headaches and a persistent dry cough. My doctor suspected they were viral infections, and the symptoms have gone away in time. However after this dry cough has subsided I was left with an incredibly sore throat, which is tender to touch from the larynx to the thyroid, my GP prescribed antibiotics for a throat infection after noticing the back of my throat being quite red. I have been taking the antibiotics + paracetamol for the past 4 days, but it still hurts to swallow/move my throat, and the pain seems to be worse after eating. Is there anything else that you can suggest to remedy my throat and manage the pain?
Thank you, Riordan B.

Hey Doc, I ve been smoking cannabis ruderalis frequently for the past few weeks. I ve noticed that the side of my cheekbones are becoming more pronounced (like there s less flesh between the bone and my skin now). I ve also noted that this characteristic is much more pronounced in others who medicate using the same plant, and it seems to be a more prominent facial feature in ruderalis smokers in general. My question is, what is the cause for this and is it temporary? Because I ve only noticed it in crowds with more heavy smokers, I m worried that this is permanent. Are there any remedies for it that don t involve the cessation of ruderalis consumption? Thank you for reading this.

hey there i am an 18 year old female, i ve been smoking marijuana for the past 2-3 years and cigarettes socially but only heavily for about 3 months (i quit about a month ago) i have a cold and fever and the lymph nodes in my neck are slightly swollen. my major concern is coming from the massive lumpy chunk of phlegm i spat out yesterday containing what seems to be blood clots. i just want to know what it may be and if i should see a doctor. since then it has not happened, i did notice a tiny spot of blood in some normal phlegm today but it was nothing near yesterday s spit.
