Hey, im 23 year old male, its been 2-3 months

Hey, im 23 year old male, its been 2-3 months that ive noticed that there are bumps on my testicles, not all over but scattered mostly to the left side, some are really small, ull have to stretch the skin to feel them while 4-5 are visible and are the size of a pimple. They are not red, just skin colored but a little whiter then the rest of the testicular color. I do not feel any pain, even if i touch or scratch them, although i feel a little itchy but that is for all testicular area not specifically that bump. Although they are bumps like pimples but i dont think they can be popped, they just feel like a part of the skin merely swollen a bit like a pimple. Ive never had sex with anyone so was curious that what is causing them, as this is the first time im experiencing them although ive has similar itchiness on testicles for years. No other part of my body is experiencing this. Thoughts?

tcurls5: Are there anyways for a 20 year old male to grow 2-3 inches taller or more? My projected height was 6 2 (My Father is 6 1 and my Mother was 5 8 ) and I am currently 5 9 . I was always one of the tallest kids in my classes throughout grade school and middle school but once I hit high school I started sleeping less (3-6 hours a night) and didnt really have all that great of a diet (a lot more sugars and candies than I probably shouldve had). Also I dont really know how far a long in puberty I am because even though I have arm pit hair/pubic hair I barley have any facial hair whatsoever. If you think its possible for me to grow 2 to 3 inches or even more Id really appreciate it if you told me yes or no and if yes the steps I would need to take to grow taller. Thank you. tcurls5: I was about 5 7 to 5 8 when I entered high school so Ive only grown about an inch or two since then and from my own personal experience and from what my doctors have told me I never really had a true growth spurt I dont know if that matters or not just figured Id add that just in case it helps you give me a better answer. tcurls5: Also just in case this matter I am 160 lbs of mostly muscle I only have about 12-14% body fat maybe even not even

my son has had red spots on his body for 2-3 months - these are almost flat red spots with no center...they get dark red then fade out over a week or two. Doc says muluscom but I m not satisfied with that...they don t look at all like a blister and they aren t flesh colored.
