What is the best drug for UTI treatment? I returned from China last week and a few days after started having trouble urinating. It is hard to urinate and I need to do so and somewhat painful. When in Asia I carry Cipro but left it in Shanghai. I am drinking apple cider vinegar and cranberry capsules. I am getting sweats and chills from time to time. Big jet lag too. Your thoughts?

I have symptoms of uti. Initial urinalysis showed WBC 10-20 and the second one was 20-40...I have been hospitalized in the past 3 times with pyleonephritis. I m on CIPRO now, but still have frequency, pressure, and now dull ache in my right back side.
