The actions of two drugs prescribed to you are as follows:
1. Colaspa is an anti-spasmodic and is used in case there is spasms in the GIT muscles.
2. Pancreatoflat is a preparation which relieves abdominal pain due to over distention, digests fat in case of pancreatic insufficiency and during preparation of the bowel before radiological investigation of the GIT. etc.
A heteroechoic pancreas is not specific for any disease process.
It would be advisable to discuss your concern with your treating doctor who is aware of your clinical status and investigations.
Thanks and take care
