Hernia, have constant intense pain after the pelvic exam, discomfort in standing or moving, abdominal pain. What can be done?

I had a pelvic exam today. I also have a hyernia. During the exam I experienced much pain and discomfort. It felt like a pap smear or maybe even a biopsy was done but the Dr. never said that he was doing them, so I have no idea. He did press around briefly, but that did not bother me, but he was doing something in there that really hurt. I have had pain ever since the exam even now 8 hours later. I really feel discomfort when I stand or sit or just move my leg a bit hurts deep in my abdomin

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

It will go on its own in 2-3 days. Or else take a tablet of pain killer
