HI i m 25 f from kerala. I am 5'6" and i weigh 88 kgs. Recently i suffered frm disc prolapse. I desperately need to reduce my weight. Especially my tummy. I need to know what kind of exercise suit me and the diet i need to follow. I also suffer from Calcium deficiency. PLease help.
strict food control can do wonders for u . eat more of cucumber no oil no nonveg no fried items 4 glass of water before u start eating .Chor kudadal kalikirada keto . but dont try any hard and heavy exercizes . I like kerla especially calicut i was there for 4 yrs.
My cousion had disc prolapse.Now she is doing ok. She was on bed for quite sometime. Could exercise much later, that too very specific ones. I think her doctor suggested her some. She also had weight problem. Took her some time to loose weight. For calcium why dont u take some supplements. and eat lots of paneer and milk and eggs (if u eat eggs, sorry dunno if u do). But why dont u consult a diet and fitness expert. May not be manageable all by your self since u have both the disc problem and calcium problem.

hello I am 39 years old male from Indian working in Kuwait as Manager Administration having pain pn my lower back due to L3-L4 disc herniation or disc prolapse. Suggest me some excercise or course or action. My Neuro surgeon has suggested my to go for surgery. According to him there is no other solution.

Last yr in december i start having a sever back pain and after few days i start having extrem pain in my left leg starting frm left side of the hips to the end of my foot , i canot even walk or sit even i am not able to sleep . Due to my exams i was not able to go to doc. But in january i went to a neurologist and got my MRI done and disk prolaps was found . it took 3 more mnths to recover with the help of medicens and bed rest . But now i got my INDIAN ARMY SSB exam in august and sometime i feel pain in back 2-3 times in a month . Now i want to get completly free frm this pain . Should i go for operation ?? and how much time it will take to recover frm poeration ?? and what r the risk related to this operation ?? Should i go for my SSB exam ??
Good evening. I have been on a low carb, high protein diet over the past 3 weeks and am enjoying this change of lifestyle. i only eat clean foods, plenty of fruit and veges, lean chicken and fish. Typical of everything the professionals tell you. I have been losing weight also which of course is a bonus. I started taking metamusil over the past 3 days in my morning juice plus drink 1 ltr of fresh water plus a couple of coffees daily. My problem now is, i have not used my bowels for the past 3 days and my flatulance has increased and really smells offensive. What do you suggest? Please help.
The last 3 days I ve passed stools that appear to have white clumps of a stringy like substance intertwined in it. I have changed my diet and eat more protein than usual. I also started working out. The diet change was about a month ago as well as the working out. Any idea what it could be? Is it just something associated with the high protein diet and a reduction in carb intake?

i am just back from a two week holiday in italy and since I have returned friends have commented that I have lost weight. had been on a diet and lost half a stone which was perfect for me. Gradually losing more very slowly. since holiday stomach gurgling loads, especially at night, it has even woken me up and though I never really have regular bowel movements my previous few have had a green look about them.
