Hello, over last month I have experienced sudden loss of alcohol

Hello, over last month I have experienced sudden loss of alcohol tolerance even though i did not change my diet much. I am not a drinker - I usually have alcohol once or twice a week (2 beers or 2 glasses of wine). I excercise daily and try to eat clean diet (I am a vegeterian, eat dairy though and avoiding pure carbs).
Over the last 2-3 times I used to drink beer or wine,it went directly to my head,I felt unwell. The day after I had awful hangover (after only 3 small beer during long time span!). The same happened the week after. I also experienced loss of weight (especially my upper boddy). I have no idea what the reason for the sudden drop of alcohol tolerance might be. I do try eat healthy.. might the cut on carbs be the case? excercising daily = fatigue? or some liver issues (hope not-knock knock)? I eat liver supplement (probiotics with milk thistle),turneric, lot of cruciferous vegetables, drink dendalion tea (for liver support)..

I am a 43 year old male, have a very stressful job, problems with my marriage. I have always had aches and pains and neck and lower back pain. I have always have digestive problems, and can t eat greasy foods, or drink any kind of alcohol. For the past six to seven years, while living overseas in Asia, I put on about 30 pounds. I returned to the US six months ago, and put on some more weight. Then about a month ago I began losing weight, with no change in my routine or diet. In a month I have lost about 12 lbs, and my clothes are starting to hang on me. I have not done anything intentionally to lose weight.

my wife has experienced a sudden loss in weight. she has dropped from a normal 110 pounds to what I am guessing is around 90 to 95 pounds over a period of 2 months or so. I am concerned about her. she has trouble eating even 1500 calories per day although she has always been a very light eater.
