Hello so I'm 51 and I have high blood pressure I've had it for a while I'm taking medication for it anyways yesterday all of a sudden around 3 p.m. I was having a funny feeling in my chest and I was feeling very light headed so much to the point where I almost felt like I was about to pass out. Any idea what could be causing this I took my blood pressure but I can't seem to get a heart rate it just says low I have someone else try the device thinking it was broken and they got there heart rate reading
